I had a nice stay overall at the Grand Hotel Saigon, with a fantastic room and great views from the rooftop bar. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Ho Chi Minh City. However, some aspects of the service felt rigid and could be improved, especially regarding early check-in policies.

The breakfast offered an excellent range of food, catering to various tastes, and the pool area is absolutely gorgeous. However, the service I received was disappointing at times, especially when my email requests were ignored and the management wasn't very accommodating. Overall, it was decent but had its flaws. 😕
